
Tidy towns are great, and civic mindedness is better still, but do we really need this density of refuse bins?
I wonder too, at the urban planning thought behind the camouflage paint on the electrical switchboard. Can you spot it? Happy? Playful? Silly?
Wouldn't it have been so much nicer to have had them designed integrally into the picnic shelters?

I don't think it matters so much, as long as people use them. This must be a busy spot though, to have such big bins. The camouflage looks great.
