In a day and age of way too many lawyers with dreams of lawsuit profits bouncing in their heads.... yes, you do.
Shakespeare had it right: first thing we do is kill all the lawyers.
They were fixing a road in my area, I counted at least eight new signs, if they are still there i will stop for a photo today.
