This old Motel in Hastings Street Noosa, patiently awaits redevelopment, decked out in humiliating blues and greens to "modernise" it in the meantime.
As a member of the original documentation team for this development, I can say with some authority that it's been there since the mid seventies, which probably gives some idea of just how old a building has to be before it's thought of as "old" here!

It's hard to create an historic environment when things keep getting knocked down. Noosa is that kind of place I guess.
