The advertisement would paint pictures of potential, but the reality is that there is no saving it - one day it will be gone, asbestos cement gutters and all, and a shiny new something expensive will rise in its place.
Perhaps we should be happy about "progress", but it's OK to lament what could have been if we aren't prepared to put our wallets in the place of the lament!
