Down on Dicky

It was just before a long weekend so  where else would one go?   Dicky Beach is "holiday busy" mid January, and the wreck of the Dicky is visible amid the crowd (to the right of the shot, at the water's edge).

More than anything, this photo illustrates just how much the urban sprawl is encroaching on our way of life!

Great shot of Dicky Beach, but I am intrigued by how you came by it?

Were you paragliding, too high, parachuting, too way out to sea? Can't have been from the next headland along?
Have concluded you must have been having a joy flight past the beaches, maybe you are friends with the lifeguard helicopter?

Plane or helicopter is my guess.

No aircraft Annie, I'm just really tall! ;-)

This photo was taken from the top of Moffat Headland with my feet firmly on the ground.
