While this meal looks delectable I have decided my favourite of your series is "Splash" with "A word from the sponsor" coming in second.
When I lived in Queensland I could never eat such things at Christmas. We used to have prawns and lobster on the beach...your table shows serious eating!
Looks good... now I'm hungry!
