Sold!


There are more "sold" signs around that "for sale" ones at the moment.  That is a sure sign that real estate agents are doing it tough.  It's one of the great ironies of that business that when property is in demand, no one wants to sell.

Perhaps we will see a gentle rise in values as those in southern capitals begin to fall.
