Shutters


In my experience, shutters are usually hinged on the outside of the window.   These appear to be too narrow to close over the window so perhaps they are destined to be screwed onto the wall as some kind of ignominious static decor item. What a shame.

    Nice colour to them. Shutters seem to be a rarity here.
