Ramp or stairs


The old beach house awaits its inevitable fate.  It may not be this decade or the next, but redevelopment will happen.

Depending on when it does, its newer neighbour may well find itself at the end of its economic life as well.  Such are the perils of building in salt air with a limited budget.
