Why no sunrise photos?


I have been asked why I never seem to take photos at sunrise.  I am not sure what other people are doing at 4:30 in the morning, but I am not taking photographs!

    Beautiful shot!

    This time of year the sun is rising past seven in the morning, which makes it possible to catch a dawn, but for the bulk of the year it's up before I am.

    The light can be magical in the early hours,but just like you I will most likely be asleep by then. Nice scene here.

    I'm with you. My sunrise photos are so rare they are almost nonexistent. :)
