Well that makes sense.

Here we have a new estate the size of a small country, yet with apparently room for just a basketball half-court. On the other hand, with 200 kilometres of dedicated bikeways to be built, I suppose I can see the need to take up valuable playground space with a bike track.

I assume that's just a single net court, in which case you can't play a proper game.
