One evening above the glasshouses - 1 of 4

Not much to say here really, we had friends staying from overseas, they were having a good time in the water at the beach, which meant by the time we got to the top of the hill we'd missed the sunset.

    Somehow I always think of them as Glasshice, that being the plural of Glasshouse. I climber friend who scaled them one season called them that.

    Hi Rosemary, I can find not a single reference to "Glasshice", let alone as a plural - are you sure your friend isn't Scottish?

    The family probably was Scottish. They were Glennie Holmes.
