Here's the deal: You spend a million dollars on a unit with absolute ocean frontage, then the council plants some cabbage palms to take out your view, and then to be absolutely sure you won't be seeing anything else, they plant some tuckeroos for good measure too.
You become very unhappy, but I, who owns not one unit here, think the result is lovely.
