Redundancy


If it was down to me, I'd be saying if you can find a way of surfing here, up this creek with two islands between you and the ocean swell... well go for it!

On that basis, I'm surprised they don't prohibit walking on the water as well.

    They're probably just protecting themselves from the people who will try something stupid and get hurt :) I can't imagine any surfing waves ever coming to that area but you never know :)

    Liability rules all in this day and age, so that's why they do that.
