Well one didn't have to be Nostradamus to predict the demise of the house on this site, actually a chat with the owners gave a fair clue as to its future. It's sad from a rich urban tapestry perspective that it had to go of course, but they are nervously waiting on commencement of their new modern and comfortable house!

That's too bad that they had to replace the previous house. It was different but probably not to durable for a growing family.
