Once upon a time...


Once there was a golf course right there beside the drain.  Now it is being billed as the world's only green fields CBD.   That's Central Business District, but exactly what it's central to I am not sure.

Time (and a lot of it I suspect) will tell if this really will grow into a vibrant business centre, or whether it will just fade into yet another suburban hub.

    Hard to imagine a vibrant business centre but like you mentioned, time will tell, it always does.
