I could rattle on about how many points she'll get for this ride and how she'll win the semis, but instead I'll make some trite comment on how women can't even ride surfboards in a straight line!
Actually I was surprised at how uncomfortable I felt focussing on a young lady through a big lens, even though photographing sporting events is a completely legitimate pastime. It's a very sad reflection on what has happened to our society, and the number of times I have been questioned while innocuously photographing things in public places.
A pox on all those who have brought the world to this!
