Homeward Bound



Today is the day that the remaining summer holiday makers will head home, and we'll pretty much have our town to ourselves once again.

This isn't a real load of course, but it could have been once upon a time.

    I am not so sure that we will be minus holidaymakers on my peninsula just yet. Some seem to stay till Easter. We have been so crowded down here, to the point of insanity. Even on cloudy days, traffic round the peninsula is horrendous. It is best to leave very early for the supermarket or better to not go at all.
