When last I posted a photo of this building it was in need of a clean. I didn't really think it was in need of new signage, and while it's cheered it up a bit, the new awning is decidedly without sympathy to the old character of the town.
The new character has lots of gaudy signs though. I am not sure that I approve.
I suspect that the new look is an opportunity lost, but it is nice to see some positive signs of business prosperity.

It is a bit garish... doesn't blend in with the building.
