House at Conondale - 1 of 3
I know nothing of the history of this house, but it looks as though it could do with a quick "touch up".
It's probably around a hundred years old, which is ancient for houses in this neck of the woods where the heat and humidity and UV combine to shorten building lifespan to such an extent that relative to the rest of the world the age of our houses should be measured in "dog years".

yep, I'd say you were right. Wouldn't it be great to know the history of the place.

It could really use a coat of paint.
