Opposite Landmark Resort


Just opposite landmark resort there is a building which has been slated for demolition for at least a decade.   The "coming soon" signs are gone now, but so are many of the tenants.

Is there a line that can be drawn between "urban character" and "eyesore"?

    There's a place here that's had scaffolding and barriers around it for years after a construction project had a screw up. No work's been done on it, and the mayor's had enough. This situation reminds me of that.

    Must be riddled with asbestos eh? That seems to slow things down somewhat.
