And now the grass is gone

The pandanus tree of yesterday can be seen through the fork of the tree in centre frame.  What was once a grassy park with pebbled paths meandering through it is now buried under a foot of sand.

The cleanup has commenced though, and a small army of machines is working to place the sand back on the beach where it belongs.

  2. Gosh,I wonder what day did that happen?

I am sure that sand wasn't there on Tuesday night, when we had fish and chips on the beachfront?

    Very strange!
