Waiting for the jets

A small but curious crowd waits on the beach for the Hornets to fly over.    Three minutes to go!

    Lovely to see such wide sands before the wave line! Our beaches on the peninsula are fast getting very narrow - at least mainly on the Port Phillip Bay side! We have introduced some rock walls to slow the slipping sands! I still have a feeling that Nature is going to win!
