Rockpools on Shelley 2

I know there is a scientific explanation for all the patterns in the rocks, but I don't care.   I just love them to bits.

    Ah, yes, getting closer!

    I also love the patterns in those rocks!

    I especially love the larger rectangular patterned ones, (striation sis the word that comes to mind) if I am remembering correctly. They may well be difficult to photograph, except if one was in a helicopter, hot air balloon floating by, or even a good lens from the higher vantage point there!

    ;-)

    I should dig through my older photos and see if I ever managed to get a good photo there. Seems like a long time since I was on Shelley Beach.
