Dicky

Winter at Dicky Beach.  It might be time to return to the wreck while it's still visible, it seems that the sand is building up over it again.

  1. ah, is thst what is happening. I thought it looked a bit smaller wthan when I saw it last, which was quite some time ago.

Never mind I am sure there will be another cyclone along to wash the sand away sometime!

I found it interesting that all three plaques on all three wrecks, Dicky Beach, Double Is Point...and one on Fraser Island, all said they had been washed up by cyclones, in JULY....in different years...if my memory serves me correctly!

Who would have expected a cyclone in July?
