Blue
In the Australian vernacular, a "Bluey" can be an infringement notice, a cattle dog, a heavy wool jacket or even a backpack, while "Blue" can be an argument, a redhead, a mistake, or simply the colour of the Fishing Co-op's wall.
Last night I went to see the latest Pedro Almodovar film, "Broken Embraces" with Penelope Cruz - who is a corker of an actress.
Now Almodovar sees colour like you do: blocks of it, primary colours, saturated. His films always fill my eyes with wonder as they befuddle my poor old brain.
Needless to say, j'adore this image. The shapes and the colours are just right.
Ok, it's time I popped in here and made some comments ... I enjoyed the fishing boat series ... made me see a side of your world beyond the sandy beaches, surf and smart waterside apartment blocks.
Thanks for your comments, I appreciate the time you've taken, and apologise if I seem never to reply! Due to a serious amount of spam turning up I've had to turn off "Anonymous" comments.

Goodness gracious... You have to remember all that???
ReplyDeleteFun to read, Peter.
