Note the disparity in dress, it's what happens when one lives in a "perfect" climate. What we think is cold and wetsuit weather, southern tourists consider to be warm and inviting!

    Looks like they are making a serious decision there! Same thing happens here in the winter, only it's the "snowbirds" from up north going swimming when we think it is too cold!
