So Last Century
There was a time in the late 90's when coastal architects thought that the colours of Miami were the next big thing. Fortunately that didn't last for too long, but Mooloolaba has a little cluster of them near the harbour.
I count myself among those who believe there need to be strict rules on how much pink architecture can be introduced into a given neighbourhood. With shocking pink, more is not necessarily better.
I adore that cluster! Having just seen some gorgeous multi coloured clusters in Portofino and other towns along the Italian Ligurian coast, I have an even finer appreciation of them. Shocking pink isn't so bad next to bright blue and sunny yellow!!
Thanks for your comments, I appreciate the time you've taken, and apologise if I seem never to reply! Due to a serious amount of spam turning up I've had to turn off "Anonymous" comments.
